# Company Activity Log How to access on Fynd Commerce Commerce Panel → Company → Settings → Activity Log Use the **Activity Log** section to monitor and trace every critical update or change made within your Fynd Commerce company account. This log provides visibility into what actions were performed, by whom, and when—ensuring complete transparency and accountability across your organisation. ## Overview The **Activity Log** captures all key activities performed across your Fynd Commerce account. You can use the interface to view logs by: * **Date and Time** * **Sales Channel** * **Entity Type** (e.g., Inventory, Product, Webhook) * **Action Type** (e.g., Create, Update, Delete) * **User Details** * **Description of Change** ## Main sections ### Filter Bar Use the filters at the top to narrow down your search: * **Date Range** * **Sales Channel** * **Entity Types** * **Action Type** Click the **funnel icon** to apply filters. ### Log Table Each row includes the following: * **Date & Time** of the change * **Event Details** such as Inventory ID, Webhook ID, or Product ID * **Action Type** (e.g., Update) * **User Detail** including the user's name and email * **Description** detailing what fields were updated ### Viewing a Log Entry Clicking on a log entry opens its **Audit Details** view, which includes: * **Event** * **User Details** * **Device & Browser Info** (e.g., API version, IP) ### Event History & Audit Changes If applicable, the selected log shows a **timeline of changes** to that entity and its **audit trail** of field-level modifications.
