When you choose **Category Level**, you can configure return eligibility for specific product categories instead of individual products. #### Steps to Configure Category-Level Return Window 1. Go to **Settings** in your selected sales channel. 2. Click **Product Return**. 3. Select **Category Level**. 4. Click **Manage**. You will be redirected to the **Configure return window** screen. #### Add Categories for Return Configuration 1. Click **Add Categories**. 2. In the **Add categories** panel: * Search for categories using the search bar. * Filter by department if required. * Select one or more categories using the checkbox. 3. Click **Add common return window**. #### Set a Common Return Window 1. Enter the return duration. 2. Select the time unit: * **Days**, or * **Hours** 3. Review the selected categories. 4. If a category does not have a return window defined, the products in that category will not be eligible for return. ### No Return Upon choosing this option, no products or categories of products will be eligible for returns. Finally, read the message in dialogue box carefully and click **Continue**. * By default, a Product Level option is selected. * Suppose you are switching from a **No Return** option to a **Category Level** option. You are now setting up a return window for different categories (for example, Jeans, T-Shirts, and Formal Shirts) at the Category Level. Once you save this configuration, any products that DO NOT belong to these categories will not be eligible for returns.
