How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce panel → Sales Channel (select application) → Marketing → Offers
The X Amount Value offer applies a fixed currency amount as a discount to the cart, regardless of the cart’s total value. It is a flat rupee discount — straightforward, predictable, and easy for customers to understand.
You set the flat discount amount, and optionally a minimum cart value to ensure the offer only applies when the cart meets a minimum spend.
- Minimum spend promotions (e.g. “Save ₹500 on orders above ₹2,000”)
- Festive season flat discounts (e.g. Diwali ₹300 off)
- Customer retention campaigns with a specific discount value
- Referral rewards where a fixed credit is applied
| Parameter | What It Means |

| Minimum Cart Value (MCV) (optional) | The minimum cart value required for the offer to apply. E.g. setting ₹2,000 means the discount only applies on carts of ₹2,000 or more. |
Coupon Discount = DWhere:
- D = Flat discount amount
The discount is always fixed at D, regardless of the cart value. Unlike X Percentage Value, there is no cap needed — the amount is fixed.
