# Adding Shipment to an Existing Manifest

How to access on Fynd Commerce 
Commerce Panel → Orders → Manifest

Let’s say you have prepared a manifest before dispatch. By the time the delivery guy comes to your location, you might have new shipments packed and ready for dispatch. In that case, you can add those shipments to your existing manifest.

### How to Add Shipments to an Existing Manifest

1. Open an existing manifest that already contains packed shipments.
2. Ensure that the **delivery partner has not yet arrived** to pick up the shipments, as you can only add more items to the manifest before the pickup occurs.
3. Once you have **packed a new shipment** that needs to be included in the same pickup, navigate back to the existing manifest.
4. Click the **Add Shipments button** within the manifest interface.
5. Select the **specific shipment** that you have just packed from the available list.
6. Click the **Confirm button** to add the shipment to the group.
7. Verify that the manifest has been updated to reflect the **new total count of shipments**.
