How to Raise a Support Ticket for a Shipment

To resolve issues related to a specific order, you can raise a support ticket directly within the Orders.

  1. Open an order and locate the concerned shipment that requires assistance.
  2. Each individual shipment provides a built-in option to create a ticket; select this to begin.
  3. Enter a clear and concise title that mentions the primary issue.
  4. Provide a detailed description of the problem to help the support team understand the context.
  5. Select the appropriate priority, category, and issue type from the available options to ensure your request is routed correctly.
  6. Once submitted, an indicator will appear on the shipment, confirming that a ticket has been successfully raised.
