Open an order and locate the **concerned shipment** that requires assistance. 2. Each individual shipment provides a built-in option to **create a ticket**; select this to begin. 3. Enter a clear and concise **title** that mentions the primary issue. 4. Provide a **detailed description** of the problem to help the support team understand the context. 5. Select the appropriate **priority, category, and issue type** from the available options to ensure your request is routed correctly. 6. Once submitted, an **indicator** will appear on the shipment, confirming that a ticket has been successfully raised.
