# Filtering Orders in My Orders How to access on Fynd Commerce Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders You can narrow down the list of shipments displayed in each sub-lane by using the Filters option available on the right-hand side of the screen. Filters help you quickly find specific shipments based on operational or business criteria. You can apply a single filter or combine multiple filters for more refined results. Filters are applicable to sub-lanes and not super-lanes; therefore, each time you go to another super-lane, you might have to apply the filters again. ## How to Apply Filters 1. Go to **My Orders**. 2. Select the required sub-lane (for example, *Processed*). 3. Click the **Filter icon** on the right-hand side. 4. Select the required filter values. 5. Click **Apply Filter**. To remove all applied filters, click **Clear All**. ## Available Filter Options You can filter shipments using the following parameters: ### Shipment Status Filter orders based on their shipment stage. Example: Select *Handed Over* to view only shipments that have already been handed over to the delivery partner. ### Time to Dispatch Filter shipments based on dispatch timelines. Example: Select shipments that must be dispatched within a specific time window to prioritise urgent orders. ### Payment Methods Filter orders based on the payment method used. Example: Select *COD* to view only Cash on Delivery orders. Or, select *Online* to review prepaid orders. ### Delivery Partner Filter shipments assigned to a specific courier partner. Example: Select *Delhivery* to track only shipments handled by Delhivery. ### Sales Channel Filter orders based on the channel from which they were placed. Example: Select *Website* to view only D2C website orders. ### Tags Filter shipments using assigned order tags. Example: If you tag priority orders as *Express*, you can filter by this tag to process them first. ### Lock Status Filter orders based on their lock condition. Example: Select *Locked* to identify orders that cannot currently be modified. ### Ordering Source Filter orders based on where the order originated. Example: Filter marketplace orders separately from direct website orders. ### Channel Account Name Filter shipments by specific marketplace or channel accounts. Example: If you manage multiple Amazon accounts, select a specific account to view its orders only.
