How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders → Open any Order
Sometimes a returned order may not show as delivered to you. In such cases, you have the option to manually mark the returned product as delivered.
- Locate the specific return shipment by searching for the Order ID or Shipment ID in your OMS search bar.
- Identify shipments where the delivery partner has failed to update the status, causing them to remain in "initiated" or "in transit" despite having been physically delivered to you.
- Click the Kebab menu (the three vertical dots) located directly next to the affected shipment.
- Select the option to mark the return as delivered.
- Confirm the update by checking that the shipment now correctly appears within the "return delivered" sub-lane.
