Marking a Returned Shipment as Delivered

How to access on Fynd Commerce

Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders → Open any Order

Sometimes a returned order may not show as delivered to you. In such cases, you have the option to manually mark the returned product as delivered.

Manually Updating Return Shipments to Delivered Status

  1. Locate the specific return shipment by searching for the Order ID or Shipment ID in your OMS search bar.
  2. Identify shipments where the delivery partner has failed to update the status, causing them to remain in "initiated" or "in transit" despite having been physically delivered to you.
  3. Click the Kebab menu (the three vertical dots) located directly next to the affected shipment.
  4. Select the option to mark the return as delivered.
  5. Confirm the update by checking that the shipment now correctly appears within the "return delivered" sub-lane.
