# Marking a Returned Shipment as Delivered How to access on Fynd Commerce Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders → Open any Order Sometimes a returned order may not show as delivered to you. In such cases, you have the option to manually mark the returned product as delivered. ## Manually Updating Return Shipments to Delivered Status 1. Locate the specific return shipment by searching for the **Order ID or Shipment ID** in your OMS search bar. 2. Identify shipments where the delivery partner has failed to update the status, causing them to remain in **"initiated" or "in transit"** despite having been physically delivered to you. 3. Click the **Kebab menu** (the three vertical dots) located directly next to the affected shipment. 4. Select the option to **mark the return as delivered**. 5. Confirm the update by checking that the shipment now correctly appears within the **"return delivered" sub-lane**.
