# Reading Listing Report

It is a report that helps in tracking the listing details and status updates for the products for which the catalog was uploaded. This helps us determine whether the product is live or not.

### How to access the Listing Report

1. Login to the [Flipkart Seller Portal](https://seller.flipkart.com/index.html#dashboard/home-page) and Navigate to **My Listings**.
Select the Vertical that you want and click on **Request Download** and click **Listing File**.

1. Once the file is generated, go to Download Ready and download the latest file under Listing File. Click **Download**.

### Understanding the Listing Report

Open the downloaded excel file, you’ll see the following:

The following fields are present in the Listing report:

**Product #** Title of your product as on [Flipkart.com](http://flipkart.com/)

**Seller SKU ID:** Your identifier for a product

**Processing Errors (if any):** Any errors in the listing file will be mentioned here

**Sub-category:** Category of the Product

**Flipkart Serial Number:** Flipkart’s identifier of the product

**Listing ID:** Flipkart’s identifier for the listing

**Listing Status:** Status of your product

**Inactive Reason:** Reason if Flipkart has made your product inactive

**MRP:** MRP of your product

**Your Selling Price:** Selling price of your product

**Usual Price:** Most usual (common) price of your product in the last 30 days

**Fulfilment By:** Fulfilment mode for your product

**System Stock Count:** Current stock count of your product

**Your Stock Count:** Quantity of Item you wish to Sell

**Procurement SLA:** Time taken to keep the order ready for pickup; Allowed values: 1 or 2 days for type “stock”, 1 or 2 hours for type “express”

**Procurement Type:** Way of procuring the item after getting an order. You can select any value in this field if the fulfilment is done by Flipkart, Seller Smart or Flipkart and Seller Smart

**Shipping Provider:** Your preferred way of shipping the product

**Package Length:** Length of the package in cms

**Package Breadth:** Breadth of the package in cms

**Package Height:** Height of the package in cms

**Package Weight:** Weight of the package in Kgs

**Local Delivery Charge to Customer:** Shipping charge to the customer for local orders

**Zonal Delivery Charge to Customer:** Shipping charge to the customer for zonal orders

**National Delivery Charge to Customer:** Shipping charge to the customer for national orders

**Harmonized System Nomenclature (HSN):** Applicable HSN code for the product

**Tax Code:** Applicable tax slab for the product

**Luxury Cess Tax:** Luxury cess to be charged

**Country Of Origin:** The country where the product was manufactured

**Manufacturer Details:** Details of the manufacturer(s) of the product

**Importer Details:** Detail of the importer(s) of the product

**Packer Details:** Detail of the packer(s) of the product

**Date of Manufacture:** Date of manufacturing in dd/mm/yyyy

**Shelf Life:** Shelf life in months

**Ignore Warning:** If the price entered is correct, then please select Yes and re-upload the file

**Listing Archival:** Allows you to archive a listing if you don’t wish to sell it
