# MOP & Sub MOP Management How to access on Fynd Commerce Commerce Panel → Sales Channel (select application) → Configuration → Payments → Payment Configuration → Online Payments → Payments Gateway [open] 1. Click on the configured payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) 2. Select the appropriate **Business Unit** (e.g., Storefront or Store OS) and **Platform** (e.g., Website, Android, iOS) ## **Understanding business unit and device** A payment configuration can vary depending on where and how payments are being accepted. Fynd Commerce allows configuration at two levels: * **Business Unit**: The interface through which your customers interact and complete transactions. This can include: * **Storefront**: The online store visible to end customers * **Store OS**: The in-store or point-of-sale interface used by retail outlets * **Device**: Specifies the mode of access used by the customer: * **Website**: Browser-based storefront * **iOS**: iPhone or iPad applications * **Android**: Android-based applications * **Payment Link**: Shared URLs for direct payments The availability of business unit and device combinations can vary depending on the payment gateway being used. Some gateways may not support all options. ## Activating or deactivating a MOP 1. Under **MOP Configuration**, locate the Mode of Payment (e.g., Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI, etc.) 2. Click the toggle switch on the right side of the MOP to activate or deactivate it 3. Optionally, click the **gear icon** beside a MOP to configure its Sub-MOPs if available ## Configuring MOP Availability and Sub-MOPs This section allows you to fine-tune when and how a payment method (MOP) is available at checkout — based on fulfillment options and the specific Sub-MOPs you choose to support. ### 1. Fulfillment Option Availability iframe 1. Click the **gear icon** next to the Mode of Payment (MOP) (e.g., Card). 2. A modal window will appear with configuration options. 3. At the top, you’ll see **checkboxes for fulfillment options**. * These options are **dynamic**, and reflect the fulfillment methods configured in your store (e.g., “Standard Delivery,” “Self Pickup,” “Express,” or custom options). 4. Select the fulfillment options where this MOP should be available. > For example, you may enable card payments only for Standard Delivery and Express Delivery, and disable them for Self Pickup. Note FO-based MOP configuration is available only for seamless checkout flows. This feature is not supported in redirection-based or pop-up–based checkouts. If you're using a non-seamless integration, fulfillment-based payment method control will not apply. ### 2. Managing Sub-MOPs 1. Below the fulfillment options, you’ll see the list of **Sub-MOPs** (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, RuPay under Card). 2. Use the **toggle switch** next to each Sub-MOP to enable or disable it individually. 3. Optionally, click **Enable All** to activate all Sub-MOPs at once. 4. Click **Save** to apply both FO-based and Sub-MOP-level settings. Ensure that only the payment methods enabled in your payment gateway account (e.g., Razorpay MID) are activated in Fynd Commerce. ## Copy Configuration The **Copy Configuration** feature allows you to replicate your payment method settings from one device (such as Website) to other devices (like iOS or Android) within the same business unit. For example, if you have already configured Card, UPI, and Wallet payments on your Website, you can use **Copy Configuration** to apply those exact settings to your iOS and Android apps in just a few clicks. To copy the payment configuration from one device to another: 1. Click **Copy Configuration** beside the "MOP Configuration on Website" title 2. In the **Copy From** section, the current device is shown (e.g., Website) 3. Under **Copy To**, select one or more target devices (e.g., iOS, Android) 4. Click **Proceed** to apply the copied configuration ### **Resync Payment Methods** Currently applicable only to the **Razorpay** payment gateway This option is currently available only for Razorpay. Use **Resync Payment Methods** to manually fetch the latest MOP and Sub-MOPs configuration from your Razorpay account. 1. Click **Resync Payment Methods** on the Razorpay payment configuration page 2. A confirmation message will appear once syncing is successful 3. New payment methods enabled in Razorpay will appear in the list 4. Unsupported or deactivated options will be shown as **Freezed** with a tooltip: "This payment method is not currently activated in your Razorpay account. Please contact your Razorpay Account Manager to enable it." ### **Configuring Apple Pay (Wallet Sub-MOP) via Juspay - Domain Verification Flow** Currently, Apple Pay is available only on the Juspay Payments Merchant Dashboard and only in select geographies. Apple Pay requires domain verification to ensure secure and authorized payments through your website. In Fynd Commerce, merchants can configure Apple Pay as a **Wallet Sub-MOP** under the **Juspay payment gateway**, but it must be linked to a verified domain. This process allows Apple Pay to be activated only on **domains verified through your Apple Developer Account**, maintaining security and compliance with Apple’s requirements. Where to access it Juspay (Payment Gateway) → Storefront → Website → Wallet (MOP) → Apple Pay (Sub-MOP) #### Apple Pay Domain Verification Overview iframe Once you click the gear icon, your **primary domain** (set in the Sales Channel settings) will be shown along with a **Manage** button next to Apple Pay.
