How to access on Fynd Commerce

Commerce Panel → Products → My Products

Overview

Merchants can manage product inventory and pricing at a size and selling-location level. Each size must have inventory added for at least one selling location to be available on the storefront.

Inventory and pricing are configured inside a selling location, and merchants can:

  • Add or update stock
  • Adjust pricing
  • Control sellable availability per size

This guide explains how to configure inventory and pricing, and how the system automatically manages inventory states.

Before you begin

  • Sizes are created during product creation and appear as tabs on the Edit Inventory page.

    • Click the + icon next to the size tabs to add more sizes. This redirects you to the Edit Product page. [Add link: Learn how to add sizes]
  • Selling locations must be configured first.

    • If no selling location exists, inventory cannot be added. [Add link: Learn how to configure selling locations]
  • If a size has no inventory added, that size will be disabled on the storefront.

Steps to edit product inventory

  1. Go to Commerce Panel → Products → My Products.

  2. Search for the product and click Edit Inventory.

  3. On the Edit Inventory page:

    • Select the required size tab (for example, S, M, L).
    • Use the + icon to add more sizes (redirects to Edit Product).
  4. Click Add Selling Location if no selling location exists.

    • Select the selling location and save.
  5. Under the selected size, locate the selling location and click the edit (pencil) icon.

  6. Configure inventory and pricing as required.

  7. Click Save.

Selling location and inventory relationship

  • Inventory is always managed inside a selling location.

  • Each selling location can have:

    • Its own inventory quantities
    • Its own pricing
  • A size becomes available on the storefront only when:

    • A selling location exists, and
    • Sellable inventory is greater than zero
