# Take Orders

Store OS allows store staff to create and manage customer orders directly from the Endless Aisle  interface. Orders can be fulfilled via Self Pickup or Home Delivery, with full visibility into catalog, inventory, and promotions.

## Steps to Take an Order

## How to Use Endless Aisle

1. On the **StoreOS** **Dashboard**, click **Scan Product** or **Search Product** to begin adding items to the cart.


Use the search bar at the top to quickly find products by name, SKU, or barcode.

1. You can search for products under **My Store** or **All Stores**.

1. You can also scan the barcode to search for a product, add it directly to the cart, or even retrieve a customer profile to link them to the order instantly.

1. Select the preferred **Size** and **Quantity**.

1. Choose **Home Delivery** as shipping option.

1. Add Customer Details
  1. Search for existing customers using their **Mobile Number**. If not found, add a new customer by entering the mandatory details.
  2. Click **Add Customer**.
  3. For existing customers, you can click **Manage Addresses** to view or update their details.

1. Click **Add Coupon** and enter the coupon code or select from the list.
2. Click **Check** to validate and apply discounts.
3. Enter a valid **15-digit GSTIN** number to link tax information to the order.
4. **Add Sales Employee** by searching the employee name.

1. You can also attach special instructions such as packaging or delivery requests to the respective order.

1. The **Amount Due** screen shows a detailed price summary.
2. Choose your preferred **Payment Method**:
3. **Payment Link Page** (Online Payment)
4. **Card Swipe**
5. **UPI at Store**
6. **Cash**

1. Once payment is successful, the **Sale Completed** screen confirms the amount paid, order ID and order summary.

1. Click **Receipt** to generate the invoice and click **Print** to share a copy with the customer. —available only if a printer is connected.
