Customer** Shoppers who wish to purchase products not available at the store. * Browse and select products with assistance from store staff. * Choose between **home delivery**, **store pickup**, or **curbside collection**. * Receive instant order confirmations and digital receipts. * Track order updates through notifications or customer service. ### 3. **Admin (Head Office)** The central operations and management team. * Configure product visibility, pricing, and inventory synchronization. * Manage system integrations, permissions, and access control. * Monitor order trends, store performance, and staff activity reports. ### **4.
