Fynd Store OS is an all-in-one retail operating system designed to digitize and streamline in-store operations across various retail formats. Built on top of the Fynd Commerce unified platform, it empowers businesses to enable assisted sales, checkout, and customer engagement from mobile devices, tablets, terminals, and kiosks.

All configuration and backend operations are powered by:
- Fynd Commerce : Central platform for catalog, promotions, OMS, and store operations.
- Extensions: For hardware integrations like cash drawers, printers, and EDC machines.
- Firestore: Used for storing advanced per-store/channel-level configurations.
Store OS shares the same backend as the e-commerce website (storefront), enabling:
- Multi-channel fulfillment (e.g., Self Pickup + Home Delivery in a single order).
- Integrated customer journey across online and offline.
- Flexible selling configurations at the channel level.
USP Orders can include both self-pickup and home delivery in the same cart - helping stores capture lost sales and improve average order value.
