Clienteling helps retail teams move beyond one-time transactions and build long-term customer relationships. It brings customer data, insights, and communication into a single workflow—used differently by Admins, Store Managers, and Store Staff, but designed to work together.

Clienteling is managed from two systems:

  • Fynd Commerce Platform – Used by Company Admins for configuration and control
  • Store OS – Used by store staff or store manager to configure customers, sales, and conversations
