# Overview

Clienteling helps retail teams move beyond one-time transactions and build long-term customer relationships. It brings customer data, insights, and communication into a single workflow—used differently by **Admins**, **Store Managers**, and **Store Staff**, but designed to work together.

## Clienteling is managed from two systems:

* **Fynd Commerce Platform** – Used by Company Admins for configuration and control
* **Store OS** – Used by store staff or store manager to configure customers, sales, and conversations
