Introduction to Fynd Platform
Fynd Platform is a one-stop solution for omnichannel retail business. Now upgrade your online and offline business with the most powerful retail management suite.
The objective of Fynd Platform is: To deliver the finest e-commerce experience to buyers and sellers, universally.
Our retail management suite caters to sellers and buyers alike and that too with innumerable features. All you need to do is create a company on Fynd Platform and upload your brands.
Creating a Company
Visit the Fynd Platform website. Click the Login button in the top-right corner.

Register on Fynd Platform by entering the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email (optional)
- Mobile Number

Once you register, you will be able to view Manage in the place of Login button.

If your business account is not in the list, click Create New Business Account.

Fill your business details. These include your basic details, registered address and brand information.

Let's take a look at the business details.
Provide identification details as per your company registration, which includes the name, business entity, supported by a legitimate document for verification.
Business Name - Enter the legal name or trade name of your business, e.g., Maxwell Traders
Business Description - Write few lines about your business.
Business Country - Select the country where you want to run your business. At present, we support only India and Qatar.

Business Type - Choose your business type among the following options:
- HUF (Hindu Undivided Family)
- LTD/PVT LTD (Public Limited or Private Limited)
- LLP/Partnership (Partnership or Limited Liability Partnership)
- Proprietorship (Sole Owner)

Business Email - Enter your business email ID.

Document Type - Choose a legally identified document, e.g., PAN Card.

Name on the Selected Document - Enter the name as mentioned on your selected document.
Document Number (PAN/GST/TIN/MCI) - Enter the document number. Example: 10-digit PAN Card number or 15-digit GST Registration Number.

Note: Your name and document number will be auto-verified immediately. In case you get an error that the name in your document doesn't match with the name entered by you, try expanding the initials (if any).
Example: If your name in the document is Mukesh R Sharma, try writing Mukesh Ramesh Sharma.
Enter the official address of the incorporated company as mentioned in the government and public records, for example, Registrar of Companies (RoC).
The best way to locate your address on the map is by entering your address in the search bar provided above the map. Once you approximately point your location, you can click the
Use thisoption given below the map. This will fill the other details automatically, and you can edit it accordingly.
- PIN Code/Zip Code
- Flat, Building, Company, Apartment
- Area, Colony, Street, Sector (Optional)
- Landmark (Optional)

Note: Ideally, the address typed by you and the one located on the map must match.
From the drop-down list, select all the brands which your company deals with; preferably, the brands of all the products you wish to sell via Fynd Platform. You can also add your own brands.

Once you have added your brands, click on Create Business Account.

You will get access to the Platform Panel, upon creating your business account as shown below.

The next time you log in to Fynd Platform, you will be able to see your business name on the list.

Managing your Company
The next step is to familiarize yourself and begin operating the 'Platform Panel' (as shown in fig. 13). You can now manage your e-commerce business entirely with the help of Platform Panel.
Once you have successfully created a business account, you can create products by uploading your catalogue and inventory details. Later, you can create sales channels and start selling your products.
