# Create a Brand on your AJIO Commerce Seller Portal ## Pre-requisites for Approval Before cataloging on any marketplace, authentication of the brand is required to ensure a positive customer experience and to avoid any confusion or selling rights issues from the manufacturer. Must have for all Marketplace Channels - **For manufacturers:** Trademark Certificate - **For sellers:** Authorization Certificate from the manufacturer of the products. ### Additional Requirements Some marketplaces may also request the following details: - Manufacturer’s Address - Country of Origin - Brand Logo - Website Link of the Brand ## Brand Addition and Approval The seller must provide the brand details during the [registration process](https://supplierregistration.ril.com/). The following documents are required when adding the brand on AJIO: - PAN Card - Aadhar Card - GST Details - Current Account Details + Cancelled Cheque - MSME Certificate (Optional) - Logo (if available) - Trademark Certificate - CIN & TAN Certificate (if your company is a private entity) Alternatively, the seller can share these documents with the AJIO point of contact. Once the documents are reviewed, the brand will be approved within approximately 7 business days.
