Clozzet is a hyperlocal fashion search engine and delivery platform. It links live, real-time inventory from city-based boutiques and brands directly to nearby shoppers, so customers can search, buy, and receive clothing, footwear, and accessories within 60 minutes. There are no central warehouses and no long shipping cycles. This guide outlines the steps and features required to seamlessly connect your Clozzet seller central account with Fynd Commerce using Konnect. It covers the onboarding flow, required configurations, key processes, and troubleshooting.

Clozzet uses Fynd as its OMS to onboard sellers and act as a single source of truth for products, orders, and inventory. With Fynd Konnect's catalogue of marketplaces, storefronts, and seller systems (ERP, OMS, POS, WMS), Fynd becomes the central point for any seller who wants to sell on Clozzet while continuing to run their existing downstream systems.

Role of Fynd Konnect & Supported Touchpoints

Fynd Konnect serves as the central platform between sellers and Clozzet, offering a plug-and-play channel to enable:

Real-time Order Creation

Clozzet pushes every new order (or a store-reassignment) to Fynd in real time. As a hyperlocal, sub-hour fulfilment platform, instant order creation is core to how the channel operates

Bidirectional Cancellation Sync

Seller and customer cancellations sync both ways between Fynd and Clozzet, keeping order state aligned on both platforms without manual reconciliation

Seamless Shipment Sync

Clozzet runs its own rider fleet. AWB, courier partner details, and delivery status updates flow automatically from Clozzet back into Fynd

Real-time Inventory Sync

Inventory flows from Fynd to Konnect to Clozzet on every update, whether stock is freshly synced from your seller system or committed against an order, helping prevent overselling

Product Mapping

Map variants to Clozzet product codes one at a time for granular control, or use Bulk Map to onboard large catalogues from a single excel file

Buffer Stock Management

Apply a variant-level buffer that holds back a defined quantity across all locations, giving you a safety margin against overselling on a fast-moving hyperlocal channel

Multi-account & Multi-location

Run multiple Clozzet seller accounts under a single company on Fynd, each with siloed product mapping, inventory, and orders, and map multiple warehouses or stores to their Clozzet codes

Logs & Monitoring

Inventory logs, price sync logs, and bulk mapping history give you an audit trail to verify syncs and investigate partial or failed jobs at the SKU level

Process Flow Summary

  1. Authentication & Credential Exchange - The seller enters the Clozzet-provided credentials into Fynd and shares the Fynd-generated (Konnect) credentials back with their Clozzet POC, establishing the bidirectional connection.
  2. Location Mapping - Each Fynd warehouse or store code is mapped to its corresponding Clozzet location code so inventory flows to the correct location.
  3. Product Mapping - Variants are mapped to Clozzet product/variant codes via manual mapping or bulk upload, with optional buffer stock.
  4. Real-time Inventory Sync - On a successful mapping, Fynd pushes current OMS inventory at the variant x location level for every location the SKU is live on, and keeps it updated.
  5. Real-time Order Creation - Clozzet pushes new orders into Fynd as they are placed.
  6. Shipment & Status Sync - AWB, courier, and delivery updates from Clozzet's rider fleet sync back into Fynd.
  7. Cancellation Sync - Seller and customer cancellations sync bidirectionally between the two platforms.

Differences from Standard Marketplace Channels

  1. Company-level Authentication - Unlike store-level channels, Clozzet uses a single company-level credential set that covers all seller locations under the account.
  2. Bidirectional Credential Exchange - Two credential sets are involved: one created by Clozzet for the seller (entered into Fynd) and one generated by Fynd (shared with Clozzet). Both are required for the end-to-end flow.
  3. Returns Not Currently Supported - Clozzet does not support returns at this time, so Return Sync is unavailable on this channel.
  4. Marketplace-managed Logistics - Shipments are fulfilled directly by Clozzet's own rider fleet. Sellers do not arrange shipping; AWB and delivery updates are received from Clozzet.
  5. No Price Sync - Price updates are not sent over this channel. Enabling Inventory Sync starts inventory updates only.
  6. Single Mapping Mode for Bulk Uploads - When bulk mapping products for Clozzet, the mapping mode is always Single Mapping.
