# FAQs details summary What kind of authentication does Clozzet use? Clozzet is a Company Type channel. A single company-level credential set authorises operations across all of your seller locations, rather than one credential set per store. details summary Why are there two sets of credentials? The connection is bidirectional. The Channel Credentials (provided by Clozzet, entered into Fynd) let Fynd push to Clozzet. The Konnect Credentials (generated by Fynd, shared with your Clozzet POC) let Clozzet push back to Fynd. Both are required. details summary Where do I find the Konnect Credentials to share with Clozzet? Open the account configuration and go to the **Locations** tab. The auto-generated username and password appear under **Konnect Credentials**. They are only generated once the account has been set up. details summary Can I change the Account Name later? No. The Account Name cannot be modified after the account is created. Set it carefully during configuration. details summary Does Clozzet support returns? Not at this time. Return Sync is unavailable on this channel. details summary Who handles shipping and delivery? Clozzet uses marketplace-managed logistics. Shipments are fulfilled by Clozzet's own rider fleet, and the AWB, courier, and delivery updates sync back into Fynd automatically. details summary Does the channel sync prices? No. Price Sync is not supported by Clozzet at the moment, so no price updates are sent. Enabling Inventory Sync starts inventory updates only. details summary How do I map products one at a time? Use the **Action** button on a variant in **Products → Channel Mapping**, add the Clozzet channel identifier, click **Validate**, then save and set a buffer quantity. details summary Which mapping mode do I use for bulk uploads? Always use **Single Mapping** mode when bulk mapping for Clozzet. Select Clozzet as the channel and the relevant account, download the sample, fill it in, and upload. details summary What happens to inventory once a product is mapped successfully? Fynd pushes the current OMS inventory at the variant x location level for every location the SKU is live on. details summary How does buffer stock work? Buffer is a variant-level value that applies to all locations. It holds back a defined quantity to give you depth in inventory and prevent overselling. details summary How do I check whether a bulk job succeeded? Open **Bulk Mapping History** from the three-dot menu. You can download the source and processed files to check for any partial or failed uploads at the SKU level. details summary Can I run multiple Clozzet accounts from one Fynd company? Yes. You can create multiple accounts within the channel, each with its own siloed product mapping, inventory, and orders. details summary My account was created but isn't live. Why? Submitting the configuration creates the account but does not activate it. Go to **Configured Channels**, edit the account, click **Active**, and save changes. details summary Do I need to do anything special with Inventory Sync at activation? If product mapping is already complete, you can enable Inventory Sync during activation to run a full sync for all mapped products. If mapping is not done yet, inventory will sync automatically once you complete it.
