# Configuration Checklist Make sure the following items are complete before final go-live: - [ ] Account is created and visible in the **Configured Channels** tab with **Active** status - [ ] All warehouse/store locations are added, mapped, and status toggled **ON** - [ ] Vendor Code and Email are correctly saved and show **validated** status per location - [ ] Channel Location IDs are populated and mapped as per FirstCry format - [ ] Product Mapping is complete via **Auto** or **Manual** mapping - [ ] Mapped products are set to **Active** and assigned valid FirstCry Product IDs - [ ] **Inventory Sync** and **Inventory Reconciliation** toggles are enabled - [ ] Recent inventory sync logs confirm real-time updates and correct buffer application - [ ] At least one test order has been placed via a mapped product and fulfilled successfully - [ ] Order lifecycle flows correctly: **New → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered** - [ ] Returns and cancellations sync correctly and restore inventory when triggered - [ ] Error logs are clean, with no critical sync failures or authentication errors - [ ] Internal teams and FirstCry POC have been informed of Go-Live readiness Go Live! After completing all 5 phases of Seller Onboarding, green checks across product, inventory, and order modules confirm your setup is ready. Your system is now live, and you are fully enabled to sell on the FirstCry Marketplace.
