# Kickoff & System Readiness

This phase ensures all pre-requisites and stakeholders are aligned before starting the configuration process in Fynd Konnect. It includes internal preparation, platform access, and documentation readiness.

## System Pre-checks

1. **Fynd Konnect Access**
  - Ensure login credentials and access to **Channels**, **Products**, and **Inventory** modules.
2. **SKU & Inventory Preparation**
  - Product SKUs must be well defined and consistent.
  - Inventory should be uploaded or synced within Fynd Konnect.
3. **Documentation Readiness**
  - Keep credentials (Vendor Code & Email) from FirstCry Vendor Portal ready. Refer our guide [here](/konnect/channels/marketplaces-webstores/firstcry/register-on-firstcry#api-credential-generation).
  - Validate availability of product attributes required by FirstCry (e.g., manufacturing/expiry dates for FMCG).
