# Verification & Monitoring ## Product Validation Before You Begin Verification Process Before verifying the channel configuration, please review our comprehensive [Configuration Checklist](/konnect/channels/marketplaces-webstores/firstcry/configuration-checklist). After saving location mapping credentials, a validation pop-up will appear. 1. **Unmapped SKU Review:** Unmapped SKUs appear for manual mapping if they were not auto-mapped in **Products → Channel Mapping**. Figure 1: Unmapped SKUs 2. **Mapping Accuracy Goal:** Review Product IDs, buffer stocks, and status toggles. ## Inventory Sync Testing Learn more about Konnect's Unified Inventory Logs [here](/konnect/docs/inventory/inventory-logs) 1. Go to **Products → Inventory Logs** 2. Filter by your FirstCry account and the last 24 hours 3. Monitor sync entries to verify inventory sent, buffer applied, etc. Figure 2: Inventory Logs 4. **Inventory Reconciliation Test** Learn more about Inventory Reconciliation [here](/konnect/docs/inventory/inventory-reconciliation) 1. Trigger manual reconciliation 2. Validate that mismatches resolve automatically 5. **Buffer Stock Accuracy** 1. Calculate: `Visible Stock = Total – Buffer` 2. Validate across 3–5 random SKUs ## Order Flow Testing 1. **Run a Test Order** - Use a low-value product or FirstCry support 2. Ensure the product is mapped, in stock, and the location is active 3. Confirm the order appears in Fynd Konnect 4. Verify: - Customer info - Pricing - Fulfillment location - Inventory deduction - Status flow: **New → Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered** Figure 3: Konnect's Unified Orders Panel ## Return & Cancellation Testing 1. **Return Sync Test** 1. Simulate a return (if enabled) 2. Confirm the return appears and restocks inventory 3. Ensure reason codes sync correctly 2. **Customer Cancellations** 1. Confirm cancellations reflect in Fynd Konnect 2. Verify inventory auto-revert Seller Cancellations Seller-initiated cancellations must be done manually in the FirstCry Vendor Panel
