# Kickoff & System Readiness

This phase ensures all prerequisites and stakeholders are aligned before starting the configuration process in Fynd Konnect. It includes internal preparation, platform access, and documentation readiness.

### System Pre-checks

1. **Fynd Konnect Access**
  * Ensure login credentials and access to Channels, Products, and Inventory modules.
2. **SKU & Inventory Preparation**
  * Product SKUs should be well defined and consistent.
  * Inventory should be uploaded or synced within Fynd Konnect.
3. **Documentation Readiness**
  * Keep the Credentials **(Location Access Token)** generated from your Limeroad Seller Platform ready. Refer our guide [here](/konnect/channels/marketplaces-webstores/limeroad/register-on-limeroad#how-to-generate-api-credentials).
  * Validate Limeroad location Channel Identifier (**Limeroad Location Identifier**) & Limeroad Product Identifier (**Variant Identifier** ) needed by Limeroad.
