# Register on the Meesho Supplier Panel This phase details the steps required to become a registered seller on Meesho and obtain the necessary credentials to initiate the configuration within Fynd Konnect. ## How to Register on the Trendyol Seller Portal? To sell on Meesho, you need to register as a seller. Here are the simple steps to follow: 1. **Visit the Meesho Supplier Portal:** Go to the Meesho Supplier Panel ↗ and click on **Start Selling**. Figure 1: Meesho Supplier Panel 2. **Create Your Account:** Enter your mobile number and click **“Send OTP”**. Enter the OTP received on your phone. Figure 2: Account Verification 3. **Set Up Your Business Email:** Provide your email ID and set a strong password before clicking on **Create Account** to proceed. 4. **Provide Business Details:** Enter your **GSTIN** (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number). If you do not have one, choose **No** to initiate Enrolment ID (EID) generation using just your business PAN. Figure 3: GSTIN Verification 5. **Verify GSTIN and PickUp Address:** Click on **Verify** to validate your GSTIN and fill in your pickup address. Ensure that the state in the address matches the state mentioned in your GSTIN. 6. **Add Bank Account Details** * Provide your bank account number and IFSC code. * Ensure that the bank account is in the name of your registered business as per the GSTIN. * Double-check your details and click **Continue** to proceed. 7. **Complete Your Profile** * Enter your full name and the name of your store (visible to customers on the Meesho app). * Review all information provided and submit your application. ## How to Generate API Credentials for Konnect? To enable a seamless supplier channel with Meesho through the Fynd Konnect platform, the following steps must be followed by the Fynd business team during onboarding: 1. **Share Location-Specific Identifiers with Meesho** During the initial onboarding of a new supplier, the Fynd business team must share the `external_identifier` value(s) (also called the `fynd_seller_identifier`) with the Meesho team. This `external_identifier` is a **unique code** for each selling location of the supplier. A single supplier may operate from multiple locations; therefore, a unique identifier must be generated and shared for each location > Email these identifiers to Meesho at meesholink-integration@meesho.com with the subject: `Request for Fynd Konnect API Credentials`. In the body, include: - Legal Business Name - Email ID used in Meesho Supplier Panel - Contact Person Name & Phone - Statement of intent to integrate with Fynd Konnect - `external_identifier` / `fynd_seller_identifier` Expected Response Time from Meesho: 24 – 48 hours 1. ***Optional*: Supplier Contact for Activation Communication** Include a supplier-specific email address so Meesho can send onboarding or activation details directly to the supplier. 2. **Receive and Use Refresh Tokens for Activation** Based on the information shared, Meesho will generate and return an initial refresh token for each `external_identifier` and send a seller-activation event on the webhook exposed by Fynd. * Refresh tokens are *unique per location* and required for activation and location validation. * The Fynd team will validate these details against the configured company and selling-location code to activate the channel configuration. * Add each refresh token, corresponding external identifier, and unique location code to the supplier’s Konnect account settings to validate and authenticate selling locations. 3. **Troubleshooting Refresh Token Issues** If any issues arise with authentication or validation of the refresh token(s), the Fynd business team should request updated details by emailing meesholink-integration@meesho.com. Following this process ensures a smooth and standardized onboarding experience for suppliers integrating with Meesho through Konnect.
