# Kickoff & System Readiness

This phase ensures all prerequisites and stakeholders are aligned before starting the configuration process in Fynd Konnect. It includes internal preparation, platform access, and documentation readiness.

## System Pre-checks

1. **Fynd Konnect Access**
  * Ensure you have valid login credentials.
  * Confirm access to **Channels**, **Products**, and **Inventory** modules.
2. **SKU & Inventory Preparation**
  * Product SKUs should be well defined and consistent.
  * Inventory must be uploaded or synced within Fynd Konnect.
3. **Documentation Readiness**

  * Validate availability of product attributes needed by  Shopee.
