# Kickoff & System Readiness

This phase ensures all prerequisites and stakeholders are aligned before starting the configuration process in Fynd Konnect. It includes internal preparation, platform access, and documentation readiness.

1. **Fynd Konnect Access**
  * Ensure login credentials and access to the Channels, Products, and Inventory modules.
2. **SKU & Inventory Preparation**
  * Product SKUs should be well-defined and consistent.
  * Inventory should be uploaded or synced within Fynd Konnect.
3. **Documentation Readiness**
  * Keep the credentials generated from Trendyol Seller Center handy. Refer our guide [here](/konnect/channels/marketplaces-webstores/trendyol/register-on-trendyol#how-to-generate-api-credentials).
  * Validate availability of product attributes needed by Trendyol.
