# Troubleshooting Guide ### Credentials Issue **Symptoms:** Sync failures, connection timeouts, or authentication errors **Causes:** * Invalid credentials * Expired tokens * Connectivity issues **Fix:** * Validate credentials in **Configured Channels → Locations** * Check internet settings * Resave credentials * Contact support if unresolved ### Order Sync Failures **Symptoms:** Missing, delayed, or duplicated orders **Causes:** * Misconfigured sync settings * API lag or system errors * Incorrect credentials **Fix:** * Ensure the **Order Sync** toggle is **ON** and the sync date is correct * Cross-check the order in the Trendyol portal * Use **Force Create Order** in **Orders → Failed Orders** ### Inventory Sync Discrepancies **Symptoms:** Mismatched inventory across systems leading to overselling **Causes:** * Buffer stock issues * Sync errors * Inactive locations **Fix:** * Audit inventory across systems * Check **Inventory Logs** for sync issues * Adjust buffer stock and trigger reconciliation manually * Confirm the item is active, the location is mapped, and **Inventory Sync** is **ON** ### Product Mapping Issues **Symptoms:** Products not listed or incorrect product data displayed **Causes:** * Missing or incorrect Product IDs * Inactive status **Fix:** * Check the **Channel Mapping** tab for unmapped SKUs * Validate and correct Trendyol Product IDs * Upload via bulk file or map manually if needed ### Order Status Update Failures **Symptoms:** Order status not syncing to Trendyol **Fix:** * Update the status manually in the **Orders** tab * Use bulk update tools if needed ### Seller Cancellation Not Working * Must cancel the shipment directly from the Trendyol Seller Panel. ### Emergency Protocol * **Critical issues** (major outages, sync failures): Contact Fynd Support immediately * **Operational issues** (minor errors): Log a ticket and implement any available workarounds ## Common Issues & Fixes | **Issue** | **Resolution** | | --- | --- | | SKU not syncing | Ensure SKU mapping is correct via barcode | | Inventory not updating | Confirm item is active, location is mapped, and **Inventory Sync** is **ON** | | Order not created | Check for duplication, credential failure, or missing fields | | Seller cancellation error | Verify in Trendyol Seller Center whether the order has already been cancelled |
