After submitting the Account Details, navigate to the **Locations** tab. Here, you must validate your company-level credentials to access location mapping. Configure Locations Step 1 center em Figure 3: Validate Location Credentials Important Depending on the channel, you may be required to provide specific credentials. Please refer to the channel-specific Konnect documentation for details. 1. Once your credentials are validated, Konnect fetches all the locations associated with your company. > You will see a list displaying each location with columns such as Location Name, Location Code, Channel Location ID, and Status. Use the search bar or filters (All, Active, Inactive) to locate specific locations quickly. Configure Locations Step 2 center em Figure 4: Configure Channel Location ID br 1. For each location, enter the corresponding **Channel Location ID** (the identifier used by your channel for that warehouse or store). To map all Konnect locations to one channel location, you can click **Apply to All**. Configure Locations Step 3 center em Figure 5: Uniform Channel Location Identifiers Warning By using the same Channel Location ID for all stores, all inventory from every location in Konnect will be consolidated and pushed to a single channel location. This action cannot be undone once the channel is submitted and will result in inventory syncing to only that one channel location. 1. Toggle each location’s **Status** to mark it as active or inactive. > If you have multiple locations, you can enable **Bulk Edit** to update Channel Location IDs or statuses in bulk. ## Submitting & Going Live 1. Ensure that each location you wish to sync is toggled, set to **Active**, and has the correct Channel Location ID. Go Live - Step 1 center em Figure 6: Submitting the Channel Configuration br 1. Verify that the Account Name and Configuration Controls under **Account Details** are correct. 2. Click **Submit** once you have reviewed the channel configuration.
