# Exporting Locations Data On your Locations panel in Konnect, look for the **Export Function** under the menu options. This button is your gateway to extracting all location-related data into a spreadsheet for offline analysis and record-keeping in your ERP. It can: - **Consolidate:** Capture the exact set of columns and rows you’re viewing (columns chosen in the Column Selector) in the Konnect Locations Panel (e.g., location details, channel-specific data, buffer stock). - **Share:** Prepare an exportable `.xlsx` file for internal or external stakeholders for auditing, analysis, or data entry. - **Archive:** Keep historical snapshots of your location configurations over time. ## Initiating Export File 1. **Filter & Select Columns** - Use the Type and Status filters, or add specific columns via the Column Selector to narrow down the data you want. - Confirm you are displaying all the fields you need — only visible columns will be included in the export. This is handy if you need a backup copy or want to compare previous snapshots of location data. Note The exported file mirrors the exact table view you had when you clicked **Export Data**.
