Logistics panel → Courier Partners
The Courier Partners page is where you manage all the courier partners connected to your logistics account. From here you can view available courier partners, enable or disable them, review their capabilities and rate cards, check serviceability and turnaround time, compare rates using the Rate Calculator, and configure Shipping Rules for automated courier selection.
You can access this page from the left sidebar by selecting Courier Partners.
The Courier Partners page displays all available courier partners as cards. Each card shows the courier partner name, an enable or disable toggle, a Recommended tag where applicable, and a Know More option to view full courier details.
Use the search bar to find a courier partner by name.
Use the All plan types dropdown to filter courier partners by delivery type.
| Plan type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Surface | Standard ground delivery |
| Air | Faster air shipment delivery |
| Same Day | Same-day delivery service |
| Next Day | Next-day delivery |
| Hyperlocal | Local city delivery |
| B2B | Business-to-business shipment handling |
The page is divided into three tabs to help you navigate your courier portfolio.
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Shows all courier partners |
| Enabled | Shows only active courier partners |
| Disabled | Shows only inactive courier partners |
Use the toggle on any courier card to activate or deactivate that courier partner.
Enabling a courier partner makes it available for shipment creation, rate calculation, and shipping rules.
Disabling a courier partner prevents it from being used for new shipments or shipping recommendations. Existing shipments already assigned to that courier partner are not affected.
Courier Partners → Select Know More on courier card
Select Know More on any courier card to open the Courier Partner Details page. This page provides detailed information about that courier partner's plans, capabilities, pricing, and serviceability.
The Plan Details section displays the plan type, supported volumetric weight, and supported dead weight for that courier partner.
This section shows the shipment features the courier partner supports, such as:
- Prepaid shipments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Non-Delivery Report (NDR)
These capabilities determine how the courier partner can be used during shipment creation. For example, if COD is not listed, the courier partner cannot be selected for COD orders.
The Active Rate Card displays the courier partner's pricing structure. Depending on the courier partner, this may include forward journey pricing, RTO pricing, insurance charges, COD charges, and applicable GST.
| Type | Example |
|---|---|
| Forward journey | ₹66 for first 3000 metres |
| Additional distance | ₹12 per extra 1000 metres |
| COD charges | ₹35 |
| GST | 18% |
Serviceable areas
Courier Partner Details → Serviceability & TAT → Serviceable Areas
Use this option to export the serviceability data for a courier partner. Select the country and hierarchy type - State, City, or Pincode - and download the serviceability information.
Turnaround time (TAT)
Courier Partner Details → Serviceability & TAT → Turn Around Time
Use this option to export the courier partner's expected delivery timelines. TAT data helps you understand how quickly a courier partner delivers shipments across different zones before enabling them or building shipping rules around them.
