How to access on Fynd Logistics
Default landing page after sign in

The Home page is the default landing page of the Fynd Logistics platform. It gives you a quick summary of active shipment activity and provides fast access to the most common logistics actions - creating shipments, checking status, and tracking packages.

Use the Home page when you need a quick health check on your operations or want to jump directly into a task without navigating through the sidebar.

The left sidebar, accessible from any page, provides navigation to all platform modules: Shipments, Courier Partners, Settings, and Billing.

## Fynd Ops

How to access on Fynd Logistics
Logistics Panel → Fynd Ops AI Assistant

Fynd Ops is an AI assistant built into the platform. It is accessible from the Home page and helps you find answers to logistics and platform questions without leaving your current workflow.

You can use Fynd Ops to:

- Understand how platform features work
- Get step-by-step guidance on shipment operations
- Find navigation help across the platform
- Resolve common operational questions


**Asking a question**

1. Select the **Ask me anything…** input field.
2. Type your question.
3. Press **Enter**.


The assistant responds in a side panel on the right. You can ask follow-up questions, scroll through the conversation, or close the panel and continue working. Fynd Ops remains available as you navigate through other pages in the platform.

Example questions you can ask:

- How do I add credits?
- How do I raise a billing dispute?
- How do I create a shipping rule?
- How do I add a pickup location?


## Quick actions

The Quick Actions section provides one-click access to the three most common shipment tasks.

| **Create Shipment** | Opens the full shipment creation form for detailed order configuration |
| **Track Shipment** | Opens a search field where you enter an AWB number to look up shipment status instantly |


### QuickDrop

How to access on Fynd Logistics
Logistics Panel → Quick Links → QuickDrop

QuickDrop is a simplified shipment creation flow designed for merchants and warehouse teams who need to create shipments quickly. Instead of filling out the complete Create Shipment form, QuickDrop focuses only on the essential details needed to book and dispatch a shipment.

The QuickDrop page is divided into three sections:

| **Address Details** | Select pickup and drop locations |
| **Package Details** | Enter package type, value, weight, and dimensions |
| **Select Courier Partner** | View available courier options and delivery estimates |


#### Address Details

Use the Address Details section to define where the shipment will be collected from and where it needs to be delivered.

**Pickup location**

Select the warehouse, store, or pickup point where the courier will collect the shipment.

1. Select the **Pickup** field.
2. Search for a location.
3. Choose the correct pickup address and confirm.


**Drop location**

Select the customer's delivery address.

1. Select the **Drop** field.
2. Search for the destination address and confirm.


To modify either address after selecting it, use the edit icon beside the address field. This is useful when the wrong pincode was selected, the customer updated their delivery address, or the pickup location has changed.

#### Package Details

The Package Details section defines what is being shipped. These details help the platform calculate shipping charges, determine applicable weight, suggest courier partners, and estimate delivery timelines.

**Package type**

Select the shipment category from the dropdown.

| Document | Lightweight paper-based shipments |
| Parcel | Standard product shipments |
| Fragile | Delicate items requiring careful handling |


**Package value**

Enter the declared value of the shipment in INR. This value may be used for insurance calculations, COD collection, and courier risk assessment.

**Weight**

Enter the actual shipment weight in grams.

**Dimensions**

Enter the package dimensions - Length, Breadth, and Height. The platform uses these values to calculate volumetric weight, which along with dead weight determines the applicable weight for courier billing.

#### Select Courier Partner

Once pickup and drop locations are selected, the platform automatically fetches available courier partners. If locations are not selected, this section remains empty.

Each courier option displays the courier name, expected delivery date, and estimated shipping charge. Use the **Fastest** and **Cheapest** filters to compare recommendations by delivery speed or cost. Select **View more options** to expand the list and compare additional courier partners.

#### Dispatching the shipment

Once you have filled in the address and package details and selected a courier, you have two options:

**Deliver Now** - creates and processes the shipment immediately. Use this for same-day deliveries, ready-to-dispatch orders, and hyperlocal operations.

**Schedule Delivery** - schedules the shipment for a future pickup date. To use this:

1. Select **Schedule Delivery**.
2. Choose a pickup date.
3. Select **Confirm**.


### Track Shipment

How to access on Fynd Logistics
Logistics Panel → Quick Links → Track Shipment

Use Track Shipment to quickly look up a shipment using its AWB number without navigating to the full Shipments page.

1. Select **Track Shipment** from the Quick Actions section.
2. Enter the AWB number.
3. Select **Track Now**.


The platform opens the Shipment Details page for that shipment, showing the full journey timeline, courier updates, and available actions.

## Recent Shipments

The Recent Shipments table shows the latest shipment activity on your account. It gives you immediate visibility into shipments created in the recent period without navigating to the full Shipments page.

The table includes the following columns:

| Shipment ID | Unique reference for the shipment. Select to open Shipment Details. |
| AWB Number | Tracking number assigned by the courier |
| Courier Partner | The courier assigned to the shipment |
| Payment Type | COD or Prepaid |
| Status | Current shipment status |
| Created Date | Date the shipment was created |


Select any **Shipment ID** to open the full Shipment Details page. Select **View More** to open the complete Shipments page and see your full shipment history.
