How It Works

Enrichment Flows

AI PIM offers two enrichment flows to help automate your product data management: Full Automation and Partial Automation. These flows allow you to streamline product cataloging, from image uploads to attribute enrichment, with varying levels of customization and control.

Full automation

  1. Upload raw product images
    Drop in a ZIP of SKU-named image folders, individual images, or URLs to ZIP folders. No other data is needed.
  2. Auto-detect category
    The system uses Google Taxonomy to assign each SKU a category.
  3. Map to global template
    Each SKU is then mapped to a global template accordingly.
  4. AI-Powered Enrichment
    AI reads each image and extracts attributes like color, style, size, etc., auto-writes SEO titles, descriptions, tags, and fills the template as per its capabilities.

Partial automation

  1. Create your custom taxonomy
    Create your own taxonomy with attributes, categories, category trees, templates, and relationships.
  2. Upload SKU package
    Provide SKU codes, categories, and images.
  3. Configure automated rules
    Use the rule engine to automate repetitive tasks, attribute transformations, validation checks.
  4. Quick Enrichment
    AI and your configured rules will fill in the missing details.

Review and Validate

  • All enriched data, specs, images, videos, and metadata appear as staged data.
  • Preview, tweak, and approve enriched data in the staging mode.

Marketplace Mapping & One-Click Publishing

  • In the Transformation module, map your taxonomy to PIM's global taxonomy. Once this mapping is established, we've got you covered. Your data will be automatically transformed into standard marketplace schemas (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), allowing you to export to these formats without any manual effort. Set it up once, and new products auto-align every time.
