How to access on Fynd Logistics

Shipments → Select Shipment ID

Selecting a Shipment ID opens the Shipment Details page, which provides complete information about that shipment in one place - from the shipment journey and courier updates to order information and available actions.

Shipment summary

The top section displays key shipment information including shipment status, AWB number, courier partner, payment mode, and shipment value. A Ship Label button is available in the top-right corner to open the shipping label PDF.

Shipment journey

The Shipment Journey section shows the shipment timeline from creation to delivery. Each milestone includes the shipment activity, status update, and timestamp.

Common journey stages include:

  • Order Placed
  • Out for Pickup
  • In Transit
  • Delivered

Select Detailed Journey to view additional tracking updates from the courier.

Delivery and pickup details

The right panel displays the customer delivery address, pickup location details, and contact information for both ends of the shipment. Use this section to quickly verify addresses and contact numbers.

RTO address

The RTO Address section shows the return address configured for the shipment. This address is used if delivery fails or the courier initiates a return-to-origin. Select the expand icon to view the complete RTO details.

Order details

The Order Details section includes the invoice number, invoice date, invoice value, and COD value. This information is useful during billing reconciliation, customer support, and invoice verification.

Items

The Items section lists the products included in the shipment, with the item name, SKU, quantity, price, and product image for each line item.

Weight and dimensions

This section displays the shipment weight details used for courier billing calculations.

Shipment actions

Cancel shipment

To cancel a shipment before it is dispatched:

  1. Select Cancel.
  2. Enter the cancellation reason.
  3. Select Cancel Shipment.

Mark as RTO

Use this action to initiate a return-to-origin for a shipment. Once marked as RTO, the courier is instructed to return the package to the configured RTO address instead of continuing delivery attempts.

Reattempt Delivery

Use this action to schedule another delivery attempt for a shipment that failed delivery. This is typically used after an NDR (Non-Delivery Return) where the customer was unavailable or the address needed correction.

Ship Label

Select Ship Label to open the shipment label PDF. The label includes the AWB barcode, courier partner details, pickup and delivery addresses, invoice information, and product details. Print the label and attach it to the package before handing it over to the courier partner.
