Account Roles
These roles define access levels and responsibilities within your organization’s AI PIM platform:
Owner
- The Owner is the individual who created the organization and holds the highest level of access to all features and settings, just like an Admin.
- Can add or remove members, assign roles, and manage all organization-level settings and configurations.
- Has full access to all projects, data, and system functions across the organization.
- There can only be one Owner in the organization.
Admin
- Has full access to all features and settings.
- Can add or remove members, assign roles, and manage organization-level configurations.
- Has full access to all projects, data, and system functions across the organization
Supervisor
- Creates, assigns, and tracks tasks throughout the workflow.
- Monitors progress, sets deadlines, and ensures timely completion.
Content Enricher
- Fills in missing SKU information—titles, descriptions, attributes, and images.
- Uses AI or manual tools to enrich product data and prepare listings for review.
Auditor
- Reviews enriched SKUs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Flags any issues or inconsistencies before products move to production.
