How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders → Open any Order
You can track all the operations made by you or any of your OMS users on a given shipment. The logs are arranged date-wise sequentially. Moreover, call records, emails, and SMS interactions with the customer (who placed the shipment) are available too.
To monitor the complete history of an order, navigate to OMS and locate the shipment you wish to investigate.
- Each individual shipment features an option to open its specific activity log.
- Review this log to see a comprehensive record of all actions performed on the shipment throughout its lifecycle.
- Access copies of emails sent to the customer to verify that they have received necessary order updates.
- Listen to or review call recordings with the customer for quality assurance or to resolve disputes.
- Check the real-time status updates sent directly by your delivery partner to track the physical progress of the package.
