Is Google Ads access mandatory?

No, Google Ads access is only needed for paid Local Inventory Ads, not Free Local Listings.

How long does it take for inventory to appear in GMC after syncing?

Usually within 24–72 hours** after the first sync. The exact time may vary depending on Google’s review process.

Does the brand need to upload the product feed manually?

No. Fynd automates the feed upload and synchronization using the Google Content API—no manual upload required.

What happens if inventory becomes zero?

The product listing remains visible but will display as “Out of Stock” to nearby shoppers.

How do I retry a failed order?

Use Orders > Failed Tab > Force Create and input the PO ID and Shipment ID.

What happens if I input wrong credentials?
