How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders → Open any Order
In some situations, you can communicate the shipment status to your customer using Fynd Commerce OMS.
- Use the OMS to communicate the real-time status of a shipment directly to your customer.
- Click the Kebab menu (the three vertical dots) for the specific shipment you want to provide updates on.
- Select the option to send SMS from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the most appropriate message template for the current status of the order.
- Confirm that the intended recipient is your customer.
- Click the send button, and the SMS will be delivered to your customer instantly.
