How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce panel → Sales Channel (select application) → Marketing → Offers
The Free Shipping offer waives the shipping cost entirely when the customer’s cart total reaches or exceeds a specified minimum value. The discount applied equals the shipping cost charged on that order.
This is one of the most effective ways to incentivise larger purchases — customers are often willing to add more items to their cart to qualify for free shipping.
