How to access on Fynd Commerce
Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders
In certain situations, it is possible to split a shipment that contains multiple items. This option allows for flexibility when managing orders and can be helpful in optimising the fulfilment process based on specific requirements or constraints.
The shipment can be split only when its status is PLACED.
- Open an order. Ensure that the shipment you want to divide contains multiple items.
- Confirm that the shipment status is currently set to "placed", as splitting is only permitted at this stage.
- Click the Kebab menu icon (the three vertical dots) associated with the shipment.
- Select the option to split the shipment from the available actions.
- Adjust the values in the Split quantity column to reflect how you want the items separated.
- Click Submit to complete the process and finalize the split.
