This phase ensures all pre-requisites and stakeholders are aligned before you start configuring the Clozzet channel in Fynd Konnect. It covers platform access, catalogue readiness, and the credential exchange that is unique to Clozzet's bidirectional connection.
Clozzet is a Company Type authentication channel. A single set of company-level credentials authorises operations across all of your seller locations, rather than one credential set per store.
The connection between Fynd and Clozzet is bidirectional, so two sets of credentials are involved:
- Channel Credentials - A username/email and password created by Clozzet for the seller. You enter these into Fynd so that Fynd can authenticate with Clozzet and push inventory and order updates. (Direction: Fynd to Clozzet.)
- Konnect Credentials - A username and password generated automatically by Fynd once your account is created. You share these with your Clozzet POC so that Clozzet can authenticate with Fynd and push orders, AWB, delivery updates, and cancellations back to you. (Direction: Clozzet to Fynd.)
Both credential sets are required for the end-to-end flow to work. You provide one and receive the other; together they complete the loop.
The Konnect Credentials are only generated after the account has been set up in Konnect. You will collect and share them during the activation step, not before. See Activate & Share Credentials with Clozzet.
- Fynd Konnect Access
- Ensure you have login credentials and access to the Channels, Products, and Inventory modules from your console account at console.fynd.com ↗.
- SKU & Inventory Preparation
- Product SKUs should be well defined and consistent in Fynd.
- Inventory should already be uploaded or synced into Fynd from your seller system, so it is ready to flow to Clozzet once mapping is complete.
- Location Readiness
- Confirm the warehouse, store, and location codes saved in your Fynd OMS, as you will map these to the location codes provided by Clozzet.
- Credential Readiness
- Obtain the Channel Credentials (email and password) shared by Clozzet for your seller account. Keep them handy for the configuration step.
- Confirm the location codes Clozzet has assigned to each of your stores, as these are needed for location mapping.
