Fynd Store OS is the official application for running POS and mPOS operations in physical retail stores. Once staff members are added to your Fynd Commerce account, they can log into the app using the same registered email ID.
**Step 1: Add Team Members to Fynd Commerce **
Before logging into the app, staff must be added as users in your Fynd Commerce account.

Step 2: Download the App
The Store OS app is available for both Android and iOS.
For Android (Requires Android 8.0 or above)
Download on Google Play StoreFor iOS (Requires iOS 16.0 or above)
Download on Apple App Store
Step 3: Log In
- Open the Fynd Store OS app on your device.
- Enter the same email address used to invite you to the Fynd Commerce platform.
- Complete the login process.
If you're assigned to multiple stores within a sales channel, the app will prompt you to select your ordering store after login.
Once logged in, the POS or mPOS interface will be available based on your access rights.

- No separate app is needed for POS, mPOS, or other selling channels.
- All operations are handled through the single Store OS application.
