How to access on Fynd Commerce

Commerce Panel → Orders → My Orders

Fynd Commerce makes it possible for you to search shipments or orders using any data related to the order. Please note, you can view the shipments/orders of only those selling locations whose permission you have under the Teams section of Fynd Commerce .

How to Search for Orders in OMS

Using Search Parameters

  1. Search by Identifiers: Utilize the Auto Type search bar to locate an order by entering its Order ID, Shipment ID, or customer contact information.
  2. Filter by Date Range: You can narrow down your search results by fetching orders within a specific date range.
  3. Search by Location: The system allows you to retrieve location-wise orders, which is useful for managing fulfillment from specific stores or warehouses.

Managing Dashboard Views

  1. Toggle Between Views: The default display is the Shipment View, but you can easily toggle to the Order View based on your workflow needs.
  2. Understand Column Variations: Be aware that the columns in the Order View differ slightly from those in the Shipment View to reflect relevant data for each perspective.

Monitoring Order Status and Alerts

  1. Navigate Sub-lanes: For more granular tracking, you can view various sub-lanes within the "Unfulfilled" category and other sections of the OMS.
  2. Identify SLA Breaches: If specific information appears in red, it serves as an alert that you have breached the SLA (Service Level Agreement) for that shipment, signaling that it requires immediate action.
